$19 - $22/hr.

Kelly is seeking an Executive Assistant - Event Planner to work at a premier arts organization in West Fargo, ND. This role will support the Executive Director, providing high-level administrative support and assisting in event planning and execution.

Payrate: $19.00 - $22.00/hr. DOE

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

What’s a typical day as an Executive Assistant - Event Planner? You’ll be:

  • Providing high-level administrative support to the Executive Director and supporting staff.

  • Assisting in event planning, preparation, execution, and set up.

  • Recruiting and training volunteers.

  • Managing donor profiles, donor software, and correspondence.

  • Assisting with the creation of materials for events.

  • Managing office supplies and maintaining the office.

  • Coordinating staff for theatrical productions and events.

  • Assisting with production schedules and execution.

  • Writing thank you notes and returning phone calls.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a bachelor’s degree and/or three years plus of previous experience.

  • 1 year of event planning experience.

  • Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Have strong time management and computer skills.

  • Have a strong work ethic, flexibility, and willingness to handle new tasks.
