Our client, a top independent biotech company, is currently seeking a Marketing Project Manager for a 8 month temporary position with the opportunity for an extension. The position is located in Weston, Massachusetts.

The hours for this position are as follows
- Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay Rate: $45.00-$50.00/hour
Manages and oversees all aspects of a project to ensure it is completed on-time and within budget. Has overall responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, internal staffing and outside vendors, and contractual deliverable. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project. Requires a bachelor's degree and typically requires 3-5 years of related experience.
Seeking an experienced project manager in the biopharma space to help manage new US product launch plans for the commercial organization. This individual will build and manage project timelines and proactively communicate updates to the team. This role will report to the Associate Director of Neurology Marketing.
Key responsibilities include:
-Lead multi-functional planning and tracking for commercial launch plan activities for an upcoming biopharmaceutical product launch
-Build and manage critical path schedule to ensure timely execution of project plans.
-Identify priorities, and help understand and identify dependencies across plan deliverables
-Acts as single point of contact for understanding and managing project timelines. Ensures clarity and alignment to plan, and drives accountability within team.
-Actively manage and communicate change to initiative timing and scope
-Actively assist launch team with identifying any key gaps, risks, or opportunities related to launch activities and coordinate risk mitigation plans
-Actively recommends improvements to project plans
-Ensure program measurements are define, tracked, and reported regularly to leadership
-Ad hoc projects supporting current business
-Project management and product launch experience in biotech or pharma is required
-Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of work experience including 3+ years relevant work in bio/pharma
-Exhibits excellent written and oral communications skills, creativity and resourcefulness, problem solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic launch environment
-Ability to work independently, lead multiple tasks and priorities, and collaborate across diverse teams
-Proficiency with project management methodologies, including change management, contingency planning, status reporting, and project management software
-MBA a plus, but not required
