Shift: 1st shift, working 8 - 10 hour shifts with flexibility for overtime

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the repair and maintenance of field equipment to ensure optimal performance.

• Operate field equipment within the limits of training and expertise.

• Organize and maintain samples during the harvest season, ensuring accurate documentation and tracking.

• Collaborate with the team to complete harvest-related tasks efficiently and effectively.

• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

• Assist with other tasks and duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in equipment maintenance or related field is preferred.

• Basic understanding of field equipment operation and maintenance.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including 8 - 10 hour shifts and overtime when needed.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work effectively in both indoor and outdoor settings.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Steel toe boots over the ankle are required .
